Member

Member. Means any Person qualifying as a member of the Bank in accordance with its federal mutual charter and bylaws adopted in connection with the Plan of Charter Conversion, or any Person who would qualify as a member of the Bank in accordance with such federal mutual charter and bylaws but for the fact that such federal mutual charter and bylaws are not yet effective with the OTS, as the context of this Plan requires, and the 4 laws of the United States, and... any Person qualifying as a member of the MHC in accordance with the mutual charter and bylaws and the laws of the United States. Member. Means each Person who acquires Membership Rights under this Agreement and who signs this Agreement and each Person who subsequently is admitted as a Member of the Company and signs a counterpart hereto.

Member. Shall mean each Person who (a) is an initial signatory to this Agreement or has been admitted to the Company as a Member in accordance with the express provisions set out in this Agreement and (b) has not resigned, withdrawn, been expelled or, if other than an individual, dissolved.
