Noncompete Period

Noncompete Period. Means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending twelve months after the earlier of the expiration of the Employment Period or the Executive's Date of Termination.

Noncompete Period. Means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending 24 months after termination of the Executive's employment with the Company; provided that if the Executive is terminated without Cause or terminates his employment for Good Reason, then "Non-Compete Period" means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending 12 months after the Executive's termination of employment.

Noncompete Period. The duration of the Employment Period and the 12 month period following the earlier of the expiration of the Employment Period or the Date of Termination.

Noncompete Period. Means the period commencing on the SEA Closing Date and automatically terminating without further documentation on earlier of (i) the termination of the SDJ License or (ii) the SDJ Bankruptcy.

Noncompete Period. Means the period commencing on the date hereof and ending 12 months after termination of the Employment Period; provided, that if Executive is entitled to receive severance payments pursuant to Section 4(b)(i) of this Agreement for a period in excess of 12 months after termination of the Employment Period, then the Non-Compete Period shall be extended so that it is co-terminus with the period during which Executive is entitled to receive such severance payments.

Noncompete Period. Shall mean the period of time beginning on the effective date of the Management Stockholder's commencement of employment with the Company or a subsidiary and ending on the date that is twelve months after the date of termination of employment of such Management Stockholder; provided, however, in the event that the Management Stockholder's employment is terminated without Cause by the Company or for Good Reason by the Management Stockholder, the Non-Compete Period shall be for such period (not... to exceed twelve months) as the Company (x) pays the Management Stockholder not less than his or her annual rate of base salary and (y) provides, at the Company's expense, the Management Stockholder with medical and dental benefits, in both cases of (x) and (y) as in effect immediately prior to the date of termination of employment. Noncompete Period. Means, (i) in the event the Participant is a party to an Employment Agreement in effect on the Participant's date of Termination, the period during which the Participant is subject to the non-competition covenant set forth in the Employment Agreement or (ii) if the Employment Agreement is not in effect on the Participant's date of Termination or if the Participant is not a party to the Employment Agreement or such Employment Agreement does not contain a non-competition covenant, "Non-Compete... Period" shall mean the period commencing on the Grant Date and ending twelve (12) months after the Participant's date of Termination, or (iii) if after Termination of employment, the Participant enters into a consulting agreement the "Non-Compete Period" shall mean the period commencing on the Grant Date and ending twelve (12) months after the termination of the consulting arrangement unless the consulting agreement specifies a different time period. Noncompete Period. Has the meaning set forth in ss.10(m).

Noncompete Period. Shall have the meaning assigned to such term in any separate employment agreement between the Company and Participant.

Noncompete Period.
