Example Definitions of "Nonqualified Stock Option"
Nonqualified Stock Option. An Option which is not an Incentive Stock Option or other type of statutory stock option under the Internal Revenue Code.
Nonqualified Stock Option. An Option that does not qualify or is not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option
Nonqualified Stock Option. (s) "NONQUALIFIED STOCK OPTION" shall mean an Option that does not qualify or is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option under Section 422 of the Code.
