Nonqualified Stock Option

Nonqualified Stock Option. An Option that is not an Incentive Option

Nonqualified Stock Option. Either an Option granted under Section 6 that is not intended to be an Incentive Stock Option or an Incentive Stock Option that has been disqualified.

Nonqualified Stock Option. An Option, granted to a Participant pursuant to Section 8, which is not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option.

Nonqualified Stock Option. An Option that is designated as a Nonqualified Stock Option and shall include any Option intended as an Incentive Stock Option that fails to meet the applicable legal requirements thereof. Any Option granted hereunder that is not designated as an incentive stock option shall be deemed to be designated a Nonqualified Stock Option under this Plan and not an incentive stock option under the Code.

Nonqualified Stock Option. Any Stock Option granted pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 of the Plan that is not an Incentive Stock Option

Nonqualified Stock Option. An Option that is not intended to meet the requirements of an incentive stock option under section 422 of the Code

Nonqualified Stock Option. Any option that is not intended to be designated as an incentive stock option within the meaning of Code Section 422

Nonqualified Stock Option. Means a Stock Option granted under Section 6 hereof that is not an Incentive Stock Option.

Nonqualified Stock Option. A right to purchase Shares under the Plan in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Section 6 and which is not intended to meet the requirements of Section 422 of the Code or otherwise does not meet such requirements.

Nonqualified Stock Option. Any Option that is not intended to beand that is not designated as an Incentive Stock Option.
