Nonstatutory Stock Option

Example Definitions of "Nonstatutory Stock Option"
Nonstatutory Stock Option. Any option granted pursuant to Section 5 that does not qualify as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code
Nonstatutory Stock Option. An Option which does not or is not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option
Nonstatutory Stock Option. An Option that by its terms does not qualify or is not intended to qualify as an incentive stock option qualified under Section 422 of the Code.
Nonstatutory Stock Option. An option to purchase Common Stock other than an Incentive Stock Option.
Nonstatutory Stock Option. An Option granted under the Plan that is subject to the provisions of Section 1.83-7 of the Treasury Regulations promulgated under Section 83 of the Code
