Nonstatutory Stock Option

Example Definitions of "Nonstatutory Stock Option"
Nonstatutory Stock Option. An Option not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option, as designated in the applicable Award Agreement
Nonstatutory Stock Option. An option to purchase shares of Common Stock of the Company granted pursuant to the Plan that does not qualify as an "incentive stock option" within the meaning of Section 422 of the Code
