Example Definitions of "Note"
Note. Means the secured promissory note issued to the Purchaser on the date hereof pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.
Note. Shall mean that certain promissory note dated of even date herewith.
Note. Or any reference thereto shall mean and be deemed to refer to this Note.
Note. Shall mean this COLLATERAL INSTALLMENT NOTE.
Note. The Promissory Note, dated of even date with this Mortgage, from Borrower to the order of Lender, in the principal amount of $6,035,000.00, together with all extensions, renewals, modifications, amendments and increases thereof, secured, in part, by this Mortgage.
Note. Has the meaning set forth in the Security Agreement.
Note. Shall mean, collectively, all promissory notes executed by Debtor in favor of the Secured Party on March 15, 2002 or subsequent thereto, including without limitation the Old Notes and the New Note.
Note. This Convertible Promissory Note, together with any and all future renewals, extensions, restatements, reaffirmations, or amendments of, or supplements to, all or any part of this Convertible Promissory Note.
Note. Shall mean any bridge loan note of the Borrowers issued pursuant to Section 2.4 hereof evidencing the Loan together with all amendments, restatements, extensions, renewals, replacements, refinancings or refunds thereof in whole or in part.
