Example Definitions of "Note"
Note. Promissory Note (the "Note"), dated February 28, 2024, among the Company and the purchasers signatory thereto.
Note. Means this Promissory Note, as it may be amended or modified and in effect from time to time.
Note. Shall mean the Master Promissory Note dated of even date herewith to evidence Optionor's obligations under the Credit Line.

Note. The word "Note" means that certain promissory note dated as of September 9,, 2002, in the principal amount of $5,000,000.00 from Grantor to Lender, together with all renewals of, extensions of, modifications of, refinancings of, consolidations of and substitutions for the Note. The words "Business Loan Agreement" mean that certain Business Loan Agreement dated September 9, 2002.
