Example Definitions of "Note"
Note. As the context requires, the Initial Note and/or the Additional Note
Note. The collective reference to the notes issued pursuant to the Credit Agreement and any modifications, amendments, renewals or extensions thereof.
Note. Or Notes means the commercial paper master notes of the Issuer issued pursuant to the Agreement substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit B.
Note. With respect to each Borrower means the Multifamily Note evidencing that Borrower's obligation to repay its Loan.
Note. The convertible notes issued by the Company pursuant to the Facility Agreement
Note. The Amended and Restated Promissory Note by the Borrowers to the Bank, in the principal amount of $10,691,261.71, to be executed in connection with this Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "D".
