Example Definitions of "Note"
Note. Means this Amended and Restated Promissory Note.
Note. The definition of "Note" in Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read as follows: "Note" shall mean that certain Amended and Restated Promissory Note in the principal amount of Ten Million and No/100 Dollars ($10,000,000.00), dated November 12, 2013, executed and delivered by the Borrower to evidence the Loan, as such note may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Note. The convertible notes issued by the Company pursuant to the Purchase Agreement
