Note. Any promissory note evidencing Landlord's obligation to repay a Loan, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified

Note. The up to $300,000,000 Promissory Note dated as of October 1, 2021, under which all further Advances shall be made (as such Promissory Note may be further amended, replaced and/or superseded from time to time). As of the date of this Agreement, the outstanding obligations of RTL under the Original VIP Agreement shall constitute the initial principal balance of the Note.

Note. The meaning ascribed to such term in the Securities Purchase Agreement, and shall include all notes issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof

Note. Means the 2028 Notes and the 2030 Notes (or collectively, the "Notes") in the form attached as an exhibit to the Supplemental Indenture and each Note delivered in substitution or exchange for such Note.
