Example Definitions of "Note"
Note. Shall mean this Convertible Note issued to the Holder and any new note as defined in Section 6.
Note. That certain $1,575,000 promissory note of even date herewith, given by Borrower to Lender, and all modifications, amendments, extensions or restatements thereof.
Note. As used herein, "Note" means the Loan and Security Agreement of even date herewith.
Note. Means the original, executed $10,000,000 Promissory Note, dated on or prior to the Effective Date, substantially in form and content set forth on Schedule "1.35" attached hereto, as the same may be amended, amended and restated, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Note. Shall mean the Revolving Credit Notes (as defined in the Credit Agreement).
Note. Means the promissory note executed by the Executive in favor of Holdings in connection with the loan by Holdings of $250,000 to the Executive for the purpose of purchasing Common Stock of Holdings pursuant to the Subscription Agreement.
Note. This Deficit Note (this "NOTE") is executed and delivered pursuant to, is subject to, and governed by, the terms and provisions of that certain Proceeds Deficits Loan Agreement dated as of the date hereof between Arlington and PMC (the "DEFICIT LOAN AGREEMENT"), and is one of the "Deficit Notes" referred to therein.
Note. Or "NOTES" means each and all of the Notes issued by the Company and purchased by the Purchasers under this Agreement. Each such Note shall be in the form attached as EXHIBIT E hereto.
Note. Shall mean those certain promissory notes issued by Pledgor to Pledgee under the Line of Credit Agreement.
Note. Shall mean this Subordinated Demand Promissory Note as originally executed or if later amended, modified or supplemented, then, as so amended, modified or supplemented.
