Example Definitions of "Object Code"
Object Code. Means computer programming code in compiled, machine readable format, running, to the extent available, on each of Unix (at least Tru64 and HP-UX) and Windows NT (or their successor operating systems), together with all related end-user or installation manuals and other similar Documentation.
Object Code. Means any machine executable code that pertains to, is derived from, or includes the Licensed Software or any part of the Licensed Software.
Object Code. Means executable computer programming code in machine-readable form generated by compilation, assembly, and linking of Source Code, together with machine-readable program and data files, and contained in a medium that permits it to be loaded and operated on a computer system. Object Code shall not be construed to encompass customer or End-User generated data.
Object Code. Means one or more computer instructions in machine readable form (whether or not packaged in directly executable form), including any such instructions that are readable in a virtual machine, whether or not derived from Source Code, together with any partially compiled or intermediate code that may result from the compilation, assembly or interpretation of any Source Code.
Object Code. Means the fully compiled machine-readable binary version of a software program.
Object Code. Shall mean the code generated from the Source Code through the use of a compiler and/or interpretative and executable code, which jointly constitute in machine-readable form, the Software set forth in Exhibit A hereto under the heading "Object Code Licensed Software", whether contained in magnetic or other form of electronic storage medium or other tangible storage medium, including any derivative works, upgrades, updates, improvements or modifications thereof.
Object Code. Means the fully-compiled, machine-readable version of a software program that can be executed by a computer without further compilation.
Object Code. Means the computer programming code in a form not readily perceivable by humans and suitable for machine execution with minimal intervening steps.
Object Code. Means computer software for which the function is not readily determined by humans, without regard to whether intervening interpretation or compilation is required in order to render such software suitable for machine execution "Services" means services other than Managed Services provided in conjunction with Combined Products, including but not limited to installation, implementation, and deployment; maintenance, technical support and maintenance; training, and professional services.
Object Code. Computer software for which the function is not readily determined by humans, without regard to whether intervening interpretation or compilation is required in order to render such software suitable for machine execution
