Example Definitions of "Offering Periods"
Offering Periods. Means each successive six month period beginning on January 1 and July 1, with the first such period commencing on January 1, 2001.
Offering Periods. A period of approximately 12 months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised as further described in Section 4, except that the Offering Period that began October 1, 1998 will end on September 29, 2000 and an Offering Period shall commence on October 1, 2000 and end on November 14, 2000. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Sections 4 and 20 of this Plan.
