Example Definitions of "Offering Periods"
Offering Periods. Shall mean the periods of approximately twelve (12) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Plan may be exercised, usually commencing on the first Trading Day on or after May 1st and November 1st of each year and terminating on the Trading Day on or before April 30th and October 31st. The duration and timing of Offering Periods may be changed pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.
Offering Periods. Shall mean the periods of approximately six (6) months during which an option granted pursuant to the Employee Stock Purchase Program may be exercised, commencing on the first Trading Day on or after February 1 and August 1 of each year and terminating on the last Trading Day in the periods ending six months later.
