Operative Documents

Operative Documents. This Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement and the Securities are collectively referred to herein as the "Operative Documents."

Operative Documents. Shall have the meaning given to that term in the Reimbursement Agreement.

Operative Documents. This Agreement and all other agreements, instruments, documents, schedules and certificates executed and delivered by or on behalf of Seller or Buyer at or before the Closing pursuant to this Agreement.

Operative Documents. Shall mean this Agreement, the Security Agreement, the Subsidiary Guaranty and all other agreements or documents executed in connection therewith.

Operative Documents. This Agreement, the Assumption Agreement, the Bill of Sale, the Consulting Agreement, the Employment Agreement, the Inventory Note, the Equipment Note, the Security Agreement, the Celtic Assignment, the EBITDA Note and all other agreements, instruments, documents, exhibits, schedules and certificates executed and delivered by or on behalf of Seller or Purchaser pursuant to this Agreement.

Operative Documents. Means the Loan Documents, the Bond Documents and all amendments, modifications, extensions, renewals or replacements thereof.

Operative Documents. Shall mean the documents, agreements and instruments included in the definition thereof in each of the Participation Agreements.

Operative Documents. Shall mean this Agreement, the Seller Trust Agreement, the Buyer Trust Agreement, the FAA Bills of Sale, the Warranty Bills of Sale, the Lessee Certificate, the N806US Lease Termination Agreement, the N807US Lease Termination Agreement, the Aircraft Delivery Certificates and any other document, instrument, certificate or opinion delivered in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.

Operative Documents. Means the underlying pooling and servicing agreements, sale and servicing agreements, and other similar agreements under which the Collateral arose or will arise and any future agreements executed in connection with any warehouse loan transaction, including without limitation any securitization transaction, pursuant to which the Grantor or any affiliate will act as servicer including, without limitation, those agreements listed on Schedule 3 hereto.

Operative Documents. Shall mean, collectively, this Amendment, the Agreement, the Call/Profit Participation Agreement, dated as of October 12, 2000, by and 3 between Borrower and Lender (the "Call Agreement"), the Assignment and Assumption Agreement, dated as of October 12, 2000, by and between SSB and Lender, the Loan Agreement and any documents relating to the perfection of any security interest contemplated by this Amendment or any of the other Operative Documents.
