Operative Documents

Operative Documents. This Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Junior Subordinated Note Purchase Agreement (as defined below), the Common Securities Subscription Agreement (as defined in the Trust Agreement) and the Securities are collectively referred to herein as the "Operative Documents."
