Operator

Operator. Any person or entity with whom Littlewoods or any of its Associates has an agreement for Littlewoods or its Associate to produce and/or provide interactive games or applications and any platform provider or multiplex or cable operator transmitting the said content (and the term "Operator" shall include ITV Network Limited, Sky Subscriber Services Limited and Sky Interactive Limited), for their broadcasting in the United Kingdom

Operator. As to any Prospect within the Exploration Region in which Stone elects to participate, Stone or its designee, and as to any Prospect outside the Exploration Region in which Stone elects to participate, Newco or its designee.

Operator. Means T. Michael Ansley, an individual residing in Michigan.

Operator. An individual designated as described in Section 5.B. who shall devote his full time and best efforts to the management and supervision of (i) Developer's duties and obligations hereunder; and (ii) the operation of the Restaurants.

Operator. The Party having the right to conduct Mining Operations on the Properties pursuant to Subsection 5.1(i) or Section 6.7.
