Option Agreement

Option Agreement. The Option Agreement between the Parties dated July 13, 2018, as amended.

Option Agreement. A written agreement between the Company and the Optionee regarding the grant and exercise of Options to purchase Shares and the terms and conditions thereof as determined by the Committee pursuant to the Plan

Option Agreement. Means a written document, substantially in the form attached hereto as Attachment A, reflecting the terms of an Option granted under the Plan and includes any documents attached to or incorporated into such Option Agreement, including, but not limited to, a notice of stock option grant and a form of exercise notice

Option Agreement. A written document, the form(s) of which shall be approved from time to time by the Committee, reflecting the terms of an Option granted under the Plan and includes any documents attached to such agreement.

Option Agreement. An agreement evidencing an Option, entered into by and between the Company and an Eligible Person

Option Agreement. The agreement described in Subparagraph 6(a) that sets forth the terms and conditions of an Option grant. Each Option Agreement shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan

Option Agreement. (t) "Option Agreement" means a written agreement approved by the Board evidencing the grant of an Option.

Option Agreement. The written agreement described in Section 6 evidencing the grant of an Option to a Nonemployee Director and containing the terms, conditions and restrictions pertaining to such Option
