Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. A stock option granted pursuant to the Plan. Any Option granted under this Plan shall be a Nonstatutory Stock Option
Option. Means an option to purchase Common Stock of the Company pursuant to the Plan.
Option. An Incentive Stock Option and/or a stock option that is not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option, in each case, granted pursuant to Section 7
Option. Means a right, as described in Section 6(b), to purchase Stock or other Awards, including an ISO, at a specified price during a specified time period.
Option. The option described in Clause 2.1.
Option. A contractual right, granted to a Grantee under the Program, to purchase Shares at a specified price
