Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. (r) "Option" means an option to purchase Units granted to an Eligible Person under Section 8 of the Plan subject to such restrictions and conditions as the Board may determine at the time of grant. For the avoidance of doubt, no Option granted under the Plan shall be intended to qualify as an "incentive stock option" under Code Section 422.
Option. Means the right granted by Optionor to Optionee to acquire up to a 100% undivided right, title and interest in and to the Property as provided in Section 4 hereof;
Option. Shall mean a stock option granted pursuant to the Program
