Example Definitions of "Option"
Option. Means an option to purchase shares of the Company's common stock granted or that may be granted to an Eligible Participant under the Plan
Option. The term "Option" shall mean a Nonstatutory Share Option (as defined in the U.S. Plan) that includes both: (i) purchase share options (rights to acquire Shares repurchased by the Company prior to the date on which the Options become exercisable); and (ii) subscription share options (rights to subscribe for newly-issued Shares).
Option. Shall mean a nonqualified option to purchase shares of Common Stock upon and subject to the satisfaction of the vesting conditions set forth in Section 5 of this Program.
Option. The term "Option" shall have the following meaning: (1) Purchase stock options that are rights to acquire shares of Common Shares of the Company ("Shares") repurchased by the Company prior to the vesting of the Options; or (2) Subscription stock options that are rights to subscribe for newly issued Shares.
Option. A stock option granted under the Plan. Options under this Plan are intended to be non-qualified stock options, and are offered at a discounted Option Price
Option. An Incentive Stock Option or a Nonqualified Stock Option to purchase Shares at an Option Price for a specified period of time
Option. An Award entitling the Participant on exercise thereof to purchase Shares at a specified exercise price
Option. Shall mean a right granted to a Participant to purchase Common Stock pursuant to Paragraph 6. An Option may be either an ISO or a Non-Qualified Stock Option.
Option. A stock option to acquire Shares granted under Section 4. All Options granted under the Plan will be Nonstatutory Stock Options.
Option. Means an option granted to an Eligible Person under Section 6(b) to purchase Stock that may either be an ISO or a Nonstatutory Stock Option.
