Option

Option. The right to purchase Shares of Common Stock pursuant to the Plan during each Offering

Option. A right to purchase a number of shares of Common Stock at such exercise price, at such times and on such other terms and conditions as are specified in or determined pursuant to an Award Agreement. Options granted pursuant to the Plan may be Incentive Stock Options or Nonqualified Stock Options.

Option. A contract right to purchase Shares at a fixed Exercise Price per Share, subject to certain conditions, if applicable, granted pursuant to this Grant Agreement

Option. An option granted to a Participant pursuant to the Plan to acquire a certain number of Shares at such price(s) and during such period(s) and under such other terms and conditions as the Committee or Board shall determine from time to time

Option. Means an Incentive Stock Option or a Nonstatutory Stock Option to purchase Ordinary Shares granted pursuant to the Plan.

Option. Shall mean a right to purchase a specified number of shares of Common Stock during a specified period at a pre-established exercise price as determined by the Administrator, granted pursuant to Section 6.1.1.

Option. The right granted from time to time under Section 6 of the Plan to purchase Common Stock for a specified period of time at a stated price
