Optionee
Optionee. The word "Optionee" means an employee to whom Options have been granted under the Plan.
Optionee. Shall mean Insurance Management Solutions Group, Inc., a Florida corporation.
Optionee. Means any Eligible Individual who is granted a Stock Option as provided in this Plan. The designation of Optionees shall be made in the absolute discretion of the Board or a committee of at least three (3) persons appointed by the Board ("Committee").
