Optionee

Example Definitions of "Optionee"
Optionee. Means a person who, as a director, officer, employee or consultant of the Company or any Subsidiary, has been granted an Option under the Plan.
Optionee. An Employee or Consultant who has been granted an Option.
Optionee. Means any Employee who has been granted an Option under the ISOP.
Optionee. Shall mean, depending upon the context in which the word is used, Watertown, New Milford, and East Windsor.
