Options. (i) any option issued to the Executive pursuant to the 2007 Plan, the 2010 Plan or any other incentive plan adopted by the Company, (ii) other than options described in the preceding clause (i), any option issued to the Executive by the Company to purchase Company Shares, or (iii) any option granted under the plan of any successor company that replaces or assumes the Company's options
