Example Definitions of "Organizational Documents"
Organizational Documents. Means the Articles, the By-Laws of Pledgor and the Prospectus of Pledgor (and all supplements thereto, amendments and replacements thereof, and any new prospectus relating to any offering of Shares).
Organizational Documents. Shall mean, with respect to any Person, such Person's articles or certificate of incorporation, by-laws or other governing or constitutive documents, if any.

Organizational Documents. Mean the certificate of formation and bylaws of Indemnitor, each as amended from time to time.
