Parent
Parent. The term "Parent" of a corporation or other entity means any Person that is the beneficial owner, directly or indirectly, of a majority of the Voting Securities (as defined below) of that corporation or other entity.
Parent. Means, with respect to any corporation, a parent of that corporation within the meaning of Code section 424(e).
