Parent

Parent. Means a "parent," within the meaning of Rule 405 under the Securities Act, or any successor provision.

Parent. Any present or future corporation that is or which would be a "parent corporation" of the Company as that term is defined in Code Section 424.

Parent. A 'parent corporation' of the Company, whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code

Parent. Either (y) with respect to an Award of Incentive Stock Options, a "parent corporation" with respect to the Company, whether now or hereafter existing, as defined in Section 424(e) of the Code; or (z) with respect to an Award other than an Incentive Stock Option, an entity that is a parent to the Company as determined by the Board

Parent. Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp. IV, a Cayman Islands exempted company (which, immediately prior to the Closing, will transfer by way of continuation to and domesticate as a Delaware corporation, and on or following the Closing, will be named Amprius Technologies, Inc.), or any successor thereto.

Parent. The ultimate parent company of the Company or successors in interest

Parent. Shall mean Mastech Digital, Inc. or any successor.

Parent. (v) "Parent" means any corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other entity in an unbroken chain of entities ending with the Company in which each entity owns at least 50% of the total combined voting power in another entity in the chain. An entity that attains the status of a Parent on a date after the adoption of the Plan shall be considered a Parent commencing as of such date.

Parent. AH Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
