Participant

Participant. An Employee or a Non-Employee Director designated by the Committee to receive a Grant under the Plan

Participant. A Person to whom a Unit Award or Incentive Units are granted pursuant to the Plan or, if applicable, any other Person who holds as a transferee an outstanding Unit Award or Incentive Units issued under the Plan

Participant. Shall mean any employee of the Corporation or an Affiliate who is a salaried officer or other key employee, including salaried officers who are also members of the Board, and a Non-Employee Director.

Participant. Only those employees, directors and consultants of the Company Group who were notified in writing by the Administrator prior to the Restatement Date that they have been selected to participate in the Plan

Participant. The person to whom the option is granted as specified in the Grant Notice

Participant. The person to whom the Award is made pursuant to the Agreement

Participant. Means any Eligible Person who holds an outstanding Award or Common Stock acquired pursuant to an Award granted under the Plan.

Participant. An employee, consultant, or director of the Company to whom an Award is granted

Participant. For each Performance Period, each employee of the Company or an Affiliate who is an executive officer on the last day of the Performance Period and will be one of the Named Executive Officers in the Proxy Statement for the Company's Annual Shareholder Meeting in the year following the Performance Period.
