Participant

Participant. An individual who has been granted an Award under the Plan

Participant. Shall mean an officer, director, employee or consultant of the Company to whom an Award is granted pursuant to the Plan, and, upon the death of the officer, director, employee or consultant, his or her successors, heirs, executors and administrators, as the case may be.

Participant. An employee of the Cooperative designated by the Cooperative's Board as a member of a select group of management or highly compensated employees who has been designated as an eligible participant in the Amended and Restated Deferred Compensation PRP.

Participant. Each of the senior executives of the Company who are selected by the Board for coverage by this Policy and identified on Schedules A, B and C from time to time.

Participant. A newly hired Employee who receives an Award under this Plan at the time of his or her employment. The term "Participant" will include individuals who were previously employed by the Company, or any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company, who have undergone a bona fide period of non-employment by the Company. The term "Participant" will also include individuals who become Employees of the Company, or any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company, as the result of a merger or acquisition

Participant. Solely for purposes of the Award Agreement, means the individual identified in the Communication of Award.

Participant. Means an Eligible Person to whom an Award has been granted under the Plan.

Participant. Is used in any provision of this Restricted Stock Unit Agreement under circumstances where the provision should logically be construed to apply to the executors, the administrators, or the person or persons to whom the Restricted Stock Units may be transferred by will or by the laws of descent and distribution, the word Participant shall be deemed to include such person or persons.

Participant. Shall mean any Eligible Person that has been issued an Award under the Plan.

Participant. Means any Employee, Consultant or Director granted an Award under the Plan.
