Participant

Participant. Any Non-Employee Director who is participating in the Plan or is receiving a post-service distribution of Shares pursuant to Section 6 of the Plan.

Participant. An Employee or Consultant who has outstanding an Award granted under the Plan.

Participant. Shall have the meaning set forth in the LTIP.

Participant. As to any Performance Period, an Employee who has been selected by the Administrator for participation in the Plan for that Performance Period and who has, if so requested by the Company or the employing member of the Company Group, signed an acknowledgement form in the form provided by the Company Group

Participant. An Eligible Employee selected and designated by the Benefits Committee to participate in the Plan.

Participant. Each Outside Director and each Retired Outside Director who has a balance in his or her Accounts.

Participant. An eligible employee of the Corporation who has been granted an Option under this Plan

Participant. Shall mean an Employee who is participating in the Plan.

Participant. Any Eligible Employee from and after the date his Deferral Election become effective or with respect to whom an Account is being maintained. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the term Participant shall also include any employee who is an Eligible Employee only with respect to Excess Allocations.

Participant. An employee of the Company, or of a subsidiary of the Company, whose compensation, with respect to any federal tax year of the Company, would exceed (or would but for the deferral provided for herein exceed) the Section 162(m) Limits. An employee shall be a Participant with respect to incentive compensation paid after termination of employment if such compensation would be subject to the Section 162(m) Limits
