Participant

Participant. An Employee who has been granted an Award hereunder

Participant. Any Executive Officer designated from time to time by the Committee as a Participant in the Plan and any Key Employee designated from time to time by either the Committee or the Company's chief executive officer as a Participant in the Plan

Participant. Any Eligible Employee who has elected to participate in an Offering Period in accordance with the procedures in Section 6 and who has not withdrawn from the Plan or whose participation in the Plan is not otherwise terminated

Participant. An Eligible Employee who elects to participate in the Plan and gives notice to the Company of such election in accordance with Section 5

Participant. Means a Key Employee or Outside Director who has been granted an Award under the Plan.

Participant. An Employee of the Company or a Subsidiary or Affiliate chosen by the Committee to participate in the Plan, a Director of the Company or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company chosen by the Committee to participate in the Plan or a Consultant to the Company or a Subsidiary or Affiliate of the Company chosen by the Committee to participate in the Plan

Participant. Each executive officer of the Company

Participant. The Chief Executive Officer and the President of the Company and such other executive officers of the Company as may be designated in writing by the Committee at the time of the establishment of 162(m) Performance Goals or Other Performance Goals for any fiscal year.

Participant. A (i) person who is selected by the Committee to receive an Award under the Plan and who at that time is an executive officer or other employee of or a consultant to the Company or any Subsidiary or (ii) an Eligible Director

Participant. A Director who has made an election to defer Directors' Fees in accordance with paragraph 4.
