Participant

Example Definitions of "Participant"
Participant. An Employee who has been granted an Award hereunder
Participant. Any Executive Officer designated from time to time by the Committee as a Participant in the Plan and any Key Employee designated from time to time by either the Committee or the Company's chief executive officer as a Participant in the Plan
