Participant

Participant. A Non-Employee Director who receives one or more Awards under the Plan

Participant. Shall mean Richard P. Crystal.

Participant. The Chief Executive Officer of Noble Corporation and any other employee of an Employer (i) who is a participant in the Retirement Plan, (ii) whose annual base salary from an Employer at the time such employee is designated by the Chief Executive Officer of Noble Corporation to be a Participant in this Plan is at least equal to the maximum amount of compensation that may be taken into account under the compensation limitation imposed under the Retirement Plan in order to comply with Code section... 401(a)(17), and (iii) who has been designated by the Chief Executive Officer of Noble Corporation to be a Participant in this Plan. Participant. Any Employee so designated in accordance with the provisions of Section II who is or may become (or whose Beneficiaries may become) eligible to receive a benefit under the Plan

Participant. An Employee or Executive Officer who is selected by the Committee to receive an Award and shall also include a Director Participant pursuant to Section 5.

Participant. Any holder of an outstanding Award under the Plan.

Participant. Shall mean an executive selected to participate in the Plan.

Participant. Each Eligible Director receiving an Award pursuant to the Plan.

Participant. A Service Provider to whom the Company has granted a Restricted Stock Unit pursuant to Section 17 of the Plan

Participant. An employee of the Company or a Subsidiary who is participating in the Plan
