Participant

Participant. Any member of the Board who is not an employee of the Company who participates or makes an election to participate in the Plan

Participant. A Key Employee who is eligible to be granted an Option under this Plan.

Participant. The meaning given in Paragraph 5(c).

Participant. An Employee participating in this Plan

Participant. Means, with respect to any calendar year, an individual who is designated by the Committee as eligible to receive an incentive award for the year upon achievement of the applicable performance conditions.

Participant. Shall mean an employee of UBI or a Subsidiary for whom Bonus Shares have been reserved pursuant to this Plan, or his or her designated beneficiary, surviving spouse or personal representative.

Participant. Means the individual identified on page 1 hereof.

Participant. Means each Director of the Company who participates in the Plan

Participant. The executive officers of the Company who are reasonably expected to be 'covered employees' within the meaning of Section 162(m)(3) of the Code with respect to the Performance Year in which the Company would become entitled to take a compensation deduction for an Award Payment (determined without regard to the limitation on deductibility imposed by Section 162(m) of the Code)

Participant. Any employee, Consultant, or non-employee director to whom an Award is granted under the Plan.
