Participant

Participant. An Eligible Person designated to be granted an Award.

Participant. An employee of the Company designated to participate in the Program pursuant to Article 2 of the Program, while so employed; provided, however, that any employee of the Company who, as of the date of a Change in Control, has entered into a Change in Control Severance Agreement with the Company shall automatically be a Participant in the Plan.

Participant. An Optionee or a Grantee

Participant. An officer or other management employee of the Company who is eligible to participate in this Plan in accordance with paragraph 4 hereof

Participant. An officer of the Corporation or its subsidiaries who is designated by the Committee to participate in the Plan

An Employee who the Committee determines is in a position to contribute significantly to the growth and profitability of, or to perform services of major importance to the Company, its divisions and subsidiaries, or Non-Employee Director, who is selected by the Committee to be a Participant in the Plan and to be granted a Stock Incentive under the Plan.

Participant. An Employee of the Company who is eligible for participation in the Plan under the eligibility provisions of Paragraph 4 of this Plan

Participant. Each individual who is employed by the Company and has received and returned a signed Participation Notice. Participants shall be limited to a select group of management or highly compensated employees within the meaning of Sections 201, 301, and 404 of ERISA and shall be designated as either Tier I Employees or Tier II Employees

Participant. A recipient of any grant of stock options, restricted stock, stock appreciation rights or performance awards under this Plan

Participant. Any officer, director, or employee of the Company who has been designated as a Participant by the Committee. In addition, each full-time employee of the Company based in the United States (except for employees of NSE's non-Nu Skin businesses) having a job level of E1–E5 or P7, as measured by NSE's corporate human resources department, shall automatically be a Participant as long as the employee continues to meet the foregoing conditions unless the Committee affirmatively determines otherwise....
