Participant

Participant. An Employee of an Employer who is recommended by management to participate in the Plan, subject to Committee approval; provided, that participants who are Executive Officers (including such Executive Officers who may be Covered Employees) shall be selected solely by the Committee

Participant. An eligible person under Section 7 of the Plan who is selected by the Administrator to receive an Award under this Plan

Participant. Any person who is a non-employee director at the Date of Grant;

Participant. An Eligible Employee who has elected to participate in the Plan in the manner prescribed by the Committee or its designee.

Participant. Shall mean the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and any other executive officer or key employee of the Company who is designated by the Committee at any time as a Participant in this Plan.

Participant. An eligible employee who has elected to participate in the Plan for a Purchase Period in accordance with Section 4

Participant. Means an individual who satisfies the requirements of Section 3.1 and who has entered into a Deferral Election Agreement.

Participant. Means an Outside Director who has entered into a Deferral Election Agreement.

Participant. A Non-Employee Director (or a person who has agreed to commence serving in such capacity) who is selected by the Board to receive Awards or Mandatory Shares under this Plan or who has elected to receive Voluntary Shares

Participant. Any Eligible Employee who shall have become a Participant in the Plan in accordance with the provisions of Section 2 hereof, and whose participation shall not have ceased. A Participant's participation shall cease upon such Participant's ceasing to be an Eligible Employee. Any individual for whom an ESOP Supplemental Account was established prior to April 1, 1998 shall continue to be a Participant hereunder until such individual incurs a Termination of Employment.
