Participant

Participant. An Employee, director or other person providing services to the Company or its Affiliates who is granted an Award under the Plan.

Participant. Shall mean any Employee who is entitled to a Restoration Benefit under the provisions of Paragraph 3 of the Plan.

Participant. Any non-employee member of the Board who receives an Incentive Award under the Plan

Participant. Any Eligible Employee who is selected to participate in accordance with Section 3 of this Plan.

Participant. For the 2009 Performance Period, means a regular full or part-time employee who (i) has been hired, promoted or transferred into an Eligible Position before October 1, 2009, and (ii) is an active employee or on an approved leave of absence at the Payout Date

Participant. Means an eligible executive, member of senior management, and other employees of the Company selected by the Committee, in its sole discretion, to participate in the Program for a Performance Period, pursuant to the eligibility criteria established by the Committee in accordance with Section 4.

Participant. A Consultant, Eligible Employee or Director who participates in the Plan.

Participant. A person who has been granted an Award Opportunity or Award under the Plan which remains outstanding

Participant. (a) for each Purchase Period an Eligible Employee who has elected to purchase Stock in accordance with § 5 in such Purchase Period and (b) for any period any person for whom Stock is held pending delivery under § 9.

Participant. The term "Participant" means any Employee participating in the RSP (i) whose annual compensation is equal to or in excess of the Section 401(a)(17) compensation limit or more, and (ii) whose participation in and benefits under the RSP are limited by provisions in the Code, including, without limitation, Sections 401(a)(17), 401(k)(3), 401(m), 402(g)(1) and 415 of the Code.
