Participant

Participant. An Eligible Director who accepts an Award pursuant to the Plan

Participant. Any director of the Company who is eligible to participate under Section 4 and has validly elected to participate in the Plan, from the earliest service period that is subject to his or her initial deferral election and for so long as such person continues to have Deferred Shares or other amounts credited to his or her Plan Account.

Participant. Means each individual who (i) is employed by the Company on a full-time basis, (ii) has been designated as a Participant by the Board (or the Compensation Committee of the Board), and (iii) has received and returned a signed Participation Notice.

Participant. Is defined as an employee granted Free Shares pursuant to the French Qualified Free Shares Plan.

Participant. Means an Eligible Employee who elects to participate in the Plan, as provided in Section 3(c).

Participant. Means an Eligible Employee who is designated as a Participant by the Committee, and each Other Critical Employee, who is designated as a Participant by the Company's Chief Executive Officer; provided, however, that a Participant shall cease to be a Participant under the Plan, and have no further rights under the Plan, upon becoming a CPLG Group Employee.

Participant. The person named in the Notice of Grant or such person's successor

Participant. Each of the CEO and any other Senior Executive and any other person designated by the Committee to participate in the EAIP

Participant. Each of the senior executives of the Corporation, who is selected by the HRCC in its sole discretion for coverage by this Plan.

Participant. Means a person who has been granted an Option under the Plan.
