Participant

Participant. The Company's President and Chief Executive Officer to be newly appointed on or shortly following the Effective Date who meets the eligibility requirements set forth herein

Participant. A Director or Executive who is participating in the Plan pursuant to Section 3 of the Plan

Participant. The holder of an outstanding Award or Shares received pursuant to an Award

Participant. Any employee, officer, manager, consultant or brand ambassador of the Company or a Subsidiary thereof selected by the Board to participate in the Plan.

Participant. An Eligible Executive who has satisfied all conditions of participation specified in this Plan.

Participant. An Employee or Consultant who is chosen to participate in the Plan and who is granted an Option or extended a Stock Purchase Offer

Participant. The same meaning ascribed to it in the Plan, provided however, that with regard to Section 102 Trustee Options and Section 102 Non-Trustee Options (as such terms are defined below), Options shall be granted only to Employees of the Company or the Subsidiary, who are not a Controlling Shareholder

Participant. Means each Company or Subsidiary employee, consultant or Non-Employee Director who has been granted a Restricted Stock Unit award.

Participant. An Eligible Officer who has been granted an Award Opportunity with respect to a Performance Period

Participant. An employee or non-employee director of the Company (or any of its subsidiaries) to whom an Award is granted under the Plan
