Participant

Participant. Whenever the word "Participant" is used in any provision of this Agreement under circumstances where the provision should logically be construed to apply to the executors, the administrators or personal representatives, the world "Participant" shall be deemed to include such person or persons.

Participant. Any employee or former employee of the Company or any Affiliate who holds an outstanding Award granted under the Plan.

Participant. An Eligible Employee who (a) has become a Participant in the Plan pursuant to Section 5 and (b) has not ceased to be a Participant pursuant to Section 10 or Section 11

Participant. An Employee who is participating in this Plan by meeting the eligibility requirements of Section 3 and electing to participate in the Plan in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Company.

Participant. An Employee who is selected by the Administrator to participate in the Plan and any former Participant who continues to be entitled to a benefit under the Plan.

Participant. Any Director who is eligible to participate in the Program under Section 4. An individual shall remain a Participant until that individual has received full distribution of any amount credited to the Participant's Account.

Participant. A key management employee of a Debtor designated by the Committee, in its sole discretion, to participate in this Plan

Participant. An employee of the Company or an Affiliate who has been designated to participate in the Plan by the Board or by the Chief Executive Officer of the Company

Participant. An Executive who meets the eligibility requirements for the Plan set forth in Section 3 and who has deferred a portion of his or her Bonus

Participant. An employee of the Company whose participation in the Plan has been approved by the Company pursuant to Section 4
