Participant

Participant. Any individual who is selected from time to time under Section 5 to receive an Award under the Plan

Participant. Means a person described in Section 5 designated by the Committee to receive an Award under the Plan.

Participant. An Eligible Employee who is selected by the Committee to participate in the Plan and receives an Award under the Plan. An Eligible Employee becomes a Participant upon the Eligible Employee's acknowledgement, execution, and delivery to the Company of the Phantom Equity Award Agreement

Participant. An employee who is designated to participate in the Plan by the Company, subject to the requirements of Section 2. For purposes hereof, the Company shall be permitted to designate groups of employees by job title or level as Participants without the need to identify any individual Participant by name. Participant. An individual selected by the Administrator to receive an Award.

Participant. Any Employee who holds outstanding Participation Units

Participant. A Section 16 Officer who is designated as a Participant by the Administrator, subject to the requirements of Section 2

Participant. As to any Performance Period, any "officer" as defined in Rule 16a-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and any other senior executive as designated by the Committee to participate in the Plan for that Performance Period

Participant. An Eligible Employee who has timely delivered an Election Form to the Committee in accordance with procedures established by the Committee.

Participant. Any health ministry hospital or medical facility in the Ascension Health system that has entered into a written Participant Agreement with The Resource Group.
