Participating Company

Participating Company. The Eligible Employers, if any, that are designated by the Board or the Committee from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Board or the Committee may delegate its authority to designate an Eligible Employer as a Participating Company under this Paragraph 2(v) to an officer of the Company or committee of two or more officers of the Company.

Participating Company. The Company and any Subsidiary or Affiliate that has been designated by the Administrator to participate in the Plan. For purposes of participation in the Statutory Plan, only the Company and its Subsidiaries may be considered Participating Companies, and the Administrator shall designate from time to time which Subsidiaries will be Participating Companies in the Statutory Plan. The Administrator shall designate from time to time which Subsidiaries and Affiliates will be Participating Companies... in particular Non-Statutory Plans provided, however, that at any given time, a Subsidiary that is a Participating Company in the Statutory Plan will not be a Participating Company in a Non-Statutory Plan. Participating Company. As identified on Schedule A, the Company and subsidiaries of the Company, within the meaning of Section 424(f) of the Code, if any, that are B-2 approved by the Board from time to time in its sole discretion as eligible to participate in the Plan.
