Participating Employer

Participating Employer. An Affiliate that the Company has designated as eligible to participate in the Plan and is set forth in Exhibit A.

Participating Employer. Medtronic plc and all of its Subsidiaries (or any of their successors and assigns, by merger, purchase or otherwise, that thereby become Subsidiaries), except for those Subsidiaries that Medtronic plc elects from time to time, by resolution duly adopted by its Board of Directors, the Committee or the Committee's delegate pursuant to Paragraph 3 hereof, to be ineligible to participate in this Plan

Participating Employer. The Company and each direct or indirect subsidiary or affiliate of Ladder that has been invited by the Board and has elected to participate in the Plan with respect to its Participants

Participating Employer. The Company and any other entity affiliated with the Company and designated as a participating employer under the NDC Plan from time to time by the Board or Committee, and their respective successors and assigns. As of the Effective Date, the Participating Employers are set forth on Exhibit B attached to the Plan. Exhibit B may be updated from time to time by the Board or Committee.

Participating Employer. Parkway and any organization owned in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by Parkway that is designated as a Participating Employer by the Committee.

Participating Employer. The Company, together with any Affiliate of the Company whose Employees are included in the Plan upon authorization of the Committee

Participating Employer. Participating Employer means the Company and each Adopting Employer.

Participating Employer. The Company or any Related Corporation which is designated by the Committee as a corporation whose Eligible Employees are eligible to receive Options as of a particular Offering Commencement Date.
