Patent License

Patent License. Means any agreement, whether in written or electronic form, in which the Company now holds or hereafter acquires any interest, granting any right with respect to any invention on which a Patent is in existence (whether the Company is the licensee or the licensor thereunder).

Patent License. Shall mean all agreements, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by the Company of any right to manufacture, use or sell any invention covered by a Patent, including, without limitation, any thereof referred to in Schedule B hereto.

Patent License. All agreements, whether written or oral, providing for the grant by or to an Obligor of any right to manufacture, use or sell any invention covered by a Patent, including, without limitation, any thereof referred to in Schedule 1(b) hereto.

Patent License. Rights under any written agreement now owned or hereafter acquired by Grantor granting any right with respect to any invention on which a Patent is in existence.
