Patent Rights. The patents, patent applications, patent extensions, certificates of invention, or applications for certificates of invention, together with any divisions, continuations or continuations-in-part thereof, which are owned or controlled by, or licensed (with the right to sublicense) to QMT, listed in Exhibit A hereto
