Patents and patent applications owned, controlled or pending by MSI covering various aspects of the Technology, including those listed on Exhibit A, and all continuations, divisionals, continuations-in-part, reexaminations, reissues and foreign counterparts of such patents and patent applications, and rights in patents and patent applications pertaining to the Technology acquired by MSI by license or agreement during the term of this Agreement
