Patent. Shall mean a patent or a patent application, including any divisions, continuations, continuations-in-part, invention certificates, substitutions, reissues, reexaminations, extensions, registrations, patent term extensions, supplementary protection certificates and renewals of any of the above, and any foreign equivalents of any of the foregoing.
