Example Definitions of "Patent"
Patent. Means any registered patent or patent application listed in Schedule B; any patent or patent application pertaining to any Licensee Inventions; and, any continuation, continuation-in-part, divisional, reissue, renewal, or extension of any of the foregoing applications or registrations.
Patent. Means any and all (a) patents issued by any government authority, including without limitation re-examinations, reissues, renewals, extensions, supplementary protection certificates, and term restorations, and (b) pending applications for patents filed with any government authority, including without limitation continuations, continuations-in-part, divisionals, substitute applications and inventor's certificates.
Patent. Any registered trademark or trademark application listed in Schedule B
Patent. Means patent(s) or patent application(s) (including, but not limited to, all divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissues, renewals, and extensions thereof, and any counterparts claiming priority therefrom) that are filed, issued or granted, anywhere in the world. For the avoidance of doubt, Patent(s) includes utility models, but excludes design Patents, registered designs, copyright and like protections.
