Patents. Shall mean all United States and foreign patents and utility models and applications therefor and all reissues, divisions, re-examinations, renewals, extensions, provisionals, continuations and continuations-in-part thereof, and equivalent or similar rights anywhere in the world in inventions and discoveries.
Patents. Means all U.S. Patents listed on Addendum (2) and all divisions, continuation, reissues, reexaminations, substitutes, extensions, and equivalents, or any and all patents or applications which derive from, claim priority from U.S. Patents listed in Addendum 2 attached hereto. Patents. Patents. Means (a) the patents and patent applications listed on Annex II attached hereto, (b) any patents issuing on such patent applications, (c) any continuations, continuations-in-part, divisionals, renewals, extensions, term restorations, reexaminations, and reissues claiming priority to any of the foregoing patents, (d) any and all foreign patent applications and any patents issuing thereon that are counterparts of patents or patent applications in the foregoing clauses (a) through (c).
Patents. Means those certain trademarks, rights and patents owned by Borrower referenced and described on attached Schedule 1, together with any future trademarks, rights or patents obtained by Borrower.
